Description: Calls down lightning on the user, dealing wind property magical damage to enemies within a surrounding area for 2 hits and gaining multiple stacks of Charge effect.
If the skill is used while Overcharged, an enhanced version is used, increasing the number of hit to 3 hits and recovering an additional 5 AP.
If under Truth of Wind state, deals additional damage depending on the user's base level and SPL.
