Here are the requirements to use this item:
Be Rune Knight, Royal Guard, Hunter, Sniper or Ranger.
Have the skill Dragon Training, Peco Peco Ride or Falconry Mastery depending on your class.
Do not be on a mount, do not have a Falcon, do not have a Warg.
This item will disappear once used, even if requirements are not met. Cannot be used on WoE maps. Cannot be refunded.
